Ozi is a peer-to-peer global logistics platform connecting PARCEL SENDERS with verified reliable TRAVELLERS for efficient courier delivery across the world. As Country Manager, you'll oversee all operations, drive growth, and lead a talented team from Lagos to UK, US, South Africa, Europe and others.

- 3+ years in managerial/operational roles
- Logistics experience & aviation knowledge a Plus
- MBA/Postgraduate degree an advantage
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Results-driven & comfortable with pressure
- Candidates from any discipline/course of study are eligible
- Flexible work style (physical & remote)
